Online Bill Pay / Billing Questions

Lifetime Health patients can now pay their bills online. Simply click on "Online Bill Pay and Billing Questions" below to:

  • Set up automatic bill pay to be debited from a credit card on a monthly basis

Payment Options

Copays for services are due at the time of your appointment. However, if you are unable to pay your balance in full at the time of service, Lifetime Health offers several other payment options, including budget plans with monthly installments, and discounts. View our Payment Options Handout for more information, or call 1-800-585-1270 for Buffalo patients, or 1-800-582-4117 for Rochester patients.
