BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, Blue Choice, Independent Health, Univera Healthcare, Senior Choice, Univera Community Health, Fidelis, Gold Choice, Medicaid and Medicare. Lifetime Health Patients

Lifetime Health members may telephone Behavioral Health directly without a referral, to obtain short-term behavioral health services. To schedule an appointment or for any questions, please call the health center where you receive care.
