Nurse Advice Phone Line

As a patient of Lifetime Health, you can take advantage of our Nurse Advice Line where qualified registered nurses provide patient education and expert advice to help you manage your health care condition at home.

During regular office hours, patients should call their primary care provider.  After the office closes, a registered nurse continues to be available for questions and urgent medical needs so that you are covered 24/7. By calling the numbers below, you will speak to a registered nurse who can answer any questions you may have, or make you an Urgent Care appointment.

In Rochester 585/338-1400. Listen for the prompt to "speak to a nurse or the doctor on call" and you will be directed to our triage nurses.
