We accept all local insurance plans including BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, Buffalo Community Health, Independent Health, Univera Healthcare, Fidelis, Medicaid and Medicare.

Hours of operation:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am - 5pm
Tuesday and Thursday 10am - 7pm.

The schedule will be adjusted based on patient needs.
