To register as a new user today, simply visit the RelayHealth website. You will need to provide your name, address, date of birth, an active email address and the name of your Health Plan.

What is a webVisit®?

A webVisit helps you seek care from your doctor when you have a non-urgent medical need. You will be asked a series of questions about your specific concern. Your answers will help your doctor provide you with the best possible care and may save you a trip to the office.

What is eScript®?

eScript® is a secure electronic prescribing and renewal service. It connects you, your doctor, and your pharmacist online. It allows your doctor to check any drug interactions before writing you a prescription. The eScript interface also enables your doctor to submit your prescription electronically to almost any retail or mail order pharmacy.

Will I Be Charged For Using This Service?

There is no charge for routine communications, such as appointment requests, lab requests and medication refill requests. WebVisits require a co-payment or an out-of-pocket fee.

Is My Privacy Protected?

Unlike e-mail, a RelayHealth message uses secure encryption technology. Only you, your doctor, and your doctor’s authorized staff will have access.
