Lifetime Health Medical Group provides primary health care for more than 80,000 patients in Buffalo and Rochester. A variety of services are offered at each health center and most sites include urgent care, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, internal medicine, pediatrics, family practice and specialty care.
In Buffalo, there are four health centers, obstetrics/gynecology, a dental center, urgent care, and colonoscopy. In Rochester, there are seven primary care practices, as well as eye services, an Optical Shop and urgent care.
Lifetime Health has quality providers and offers convenient access to Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics and specialty services in a single setting. We take an innovative approach to medicine, including electronic medical records and electronic prescribing. And, unlike some other practices, Lifetime Health providers are actively involved in quality improvement programs that result in better outcomes for patients.
