Lifetime Health Medical Group provides primary health care for nearly 80,000 patients in Buffalo and Rochester. A variety of services are offered at each health center and most sites include urgent care, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, internal medicine, pediatrics, family practice and specialty care.
In Buffalo, there are four health centers, obstetrics/gynecology, a dental center, urgent care, and colonoscopy. In Rochester, there are four primary care health centers, four community-based physician offices, as well as eye services, an Optical Shop and urgent care.
Lifetime Health has quality providers and offers convenient access to Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics and specialty services in a single setting. We take an innovative approach to medicine, including group visits for patients with chronic illnesses and electronic medical records and electronic prescribing. And, unlike some other practices, Lifetime Health providers are actively involved in quality improvement programs that result in better outcomes for patients. Patients are supported by a “care team” of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists and midwives, which allows you to spend more time with health care professionals who really know and care about you.
